GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE



In relation to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation) we'd like to inform that:

  1. TEXOMA sp. z o.o., ul. Słoneczna 25 B, 62-200 Gniezno, VAT ID PL784-00-03-211, REGON 630516486, KRS 0000065323 is your Data Administrator.
  2. Data Administrator does not appoint Data Protection Inspector. All manners related to personal data processing can be consulted with Data Administrator.
  3. Your data will be utilized for the following purposes:
    • signing and execution of the contract, especially to maintain proper quality of services (legal basis: Art. 6, 1b) - "contract execution",
    • performing of legal requirements, i.e. issuing and maintaining invoices, or replying to complaints (legal basis: Art. 6, 1c) - "legal requirement",
    • assertion of contractual claims (legal basis: Art. 6, 1f) - "legitimate interest",
    • marketing of own services during contract term (legal basis: Art. 6, 1f) - "legitimate interest",
    • marketing, upon you prior approval to use data in such manner (legal basis: Art. 6, 1a) - "approval".
  4. With all guarantees of data security, we may transfer your data - in addition to persons authorized by the Data Administrator - to other entities, including:
    • entities that process them on our behalf, such as technical service providers and entities that provide us with accounting and consulting services,
    • other administrators, such as couriers.
  5. Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
  6. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of services.
  7. Your data will be processed and stored by us for the period of time necessary due to the purpose of processing and applicable laws.
  8. Once the processing of your personal data for the original purpose indicated in Section 6 is completed, your personal data will not be processed and will be permanently deleted.
  9. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Administrator, to rectify (correct), update, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to transfer your data to another Data Administrator (to the extent specified in Article 20 of the GDPR), to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, and to object to the processing of your personal data.
  10. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means.
